This patient came to see Dr. Shim Ching at his practice in Honolulu, Hawaii for a breast augmentation revision procedure. She had her original breast augmentation by another surgeon in 2002 with 330cc saline implants. By removing her old implants, replacing them with larger 520cc and 450cc silicone implants, and changing the implant placement from under the muscle to over the muscle, her breasts look and feel more natural. Using two different sized implants, Dr. Ching can revise any asymmetry of the breasts, which is common amongst most patients.
