To begin, a blood sample (about 2-4 tablespoons) will be drawn from your arm. Your blood is then placed into a centrifuge, spinning to separate the platelets and plasma from the other blood components. Once separation is complete, the PRP will be extracted and prepared into a syringe for injection.
Next, a numbing cream will be topically applied to the penis to minimize discomfort during the injection process. The PRP is then carefully injected into specific areas of the penis that are most significant for sexual response. You may experience a mild sensation, but discomfort should be minimal due to the numbing cream.
The procedure typically takes about 30 minutes, and you can usually return to your daily activities immediately afterward with no downtime required.
